1 Can Campbell’s Cream of Shrimp soup, undiluted
2-8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1 envelope Knox gelatin dissolved in ¼ cup hot water
1 cup mayonnaise
¾ cup finely chopped celery
¾ cup finely chopped green onions with green tops
2 small cans de-veined shrimp(or 12 oz. salad or bay shrimp)

Spray large mold with Pam. Dissolve gelatin and add to soup and heat to boiling. Add cream cheese. Beat well til thoroughly mixed. Cool. Mix in mayonnaise, celery, onion, shrimp and pour into mold. Chill 6 to 8 hours. Loosen mold with warm water.
