Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
3 eggs
3 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, in a round-bottom frying pan, place a pat of butter and pour in some of the batter. Move pan around so that the batter covers the entire bottom of the pan. Watch it cook and when it is cooked on one side, with a spatula, turn over and cook the other side.

When finished, you can roll it up with whatever additions you wish to add -- whipping cream and strawberries, powdered sugar and cinnamon, syrup, etc.

You can also make a "savory" crepe by putting different meat variations.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Karen makes crepes whenever she comes to visit or when I go to visit her. They are one of my favorites, and I never have a crepe that I don't compare it to hers!
