Directions:
To cook chicken:
Split breasts, place in medium saucepan, add just enough water to cover (about 1 1/2 cups), 1 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, 1/2 small onion, & 1/8 tsp thyme. Bring to boil, lower heat, cover & simmer until tender, about 30 minutes. Remove chicken from broth. Boil broth uncovered until reduced to 1 cup. Strain & reserve for sauce.

Cook broccoli & drain (I don't cook, just thaw)
Remove skin & bones from chicken breasts, slice.
Melt butter in medium saucepan, blend in flour & seasoning.
Stir in broth and cream. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens & bubbles 1 minute.
Add cheese, stir until melted.
Stir in wine & remove from heat.

Arange broccoli in bottom of greased 8 or 9 inch baking pan.
Overlap chicken slices on top of broccoli.
Pour sauce over and sprinkle with parmesan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until top begins to brown.
