Juice and zest of 2 lemons
2¼ cup water
4 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
4 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp flour
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 cups water in a pan. Add egg yolks to ¼ cup of water. and beat with a fork until mixed. Strain- pour in pan with 2 cups water. When water gets hot add sugar, cornstarch, flour, and salt stirring constantly until thick with a whisk. Then add lemon juice, zest, and butter. Pour filling in baked crust top with meringue. Bake about minutes or until golden brown.
