4- 6oz filets
¼ cup horseradish sauce
⅛ cup spicey brown mustard
1½ Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp cracked black pepper
salt to taste (sea Salt)
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix horseradish, garlic, and mustard together. Sprinkle sea salt and pepper on both sides of steak. Spread mustard sauce on one side of steak. Dip and smash mustard side of meat into bread crumbs. Heat pan with olive oil until it begins to smoke (medium heat). Put meat in pan bread crumb side down first. Using tongs, check for bread to turn medium brown. Turn over and cook other side. Cover pan and cook until desired doneness.
