5 to 6 qt. popped corn
2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In a roast pan, place popped corn. In a saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, and salt in a 2 qt. pan. Over medium heat, stir till sugar dissolves. Boil to firm ball stage (about 5 minutes) Remove from heat and stir in baking soda, will foam. Pour hot caramel over corn in fine stream. Stir. At 250 degrees, warm the mixture, stirring every 15 minutes till all corn is coated and the mixture become brown. Remove and cool
