Ingredients:  
1 cup cold butter (cut into cubes)
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup + 2 Tbls. sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsps. vanilla
2 ¾ cups flour (may use all-purpose or 1 cup cake flour and 1 ¾ cups of all-purpose flour)
1 tsp. cornstarch
¾ tsp. Baking Soda
2 - 2 ½ cups Chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º
Cream butter, brown sugar and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla. Mix.
Stir in flour, cornstarch and baking soda. Mix until combined.
Add chocolate chips.

Bake for 9 - 11 minutes and then let set for 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.

If time permits, wrap dough tightly and chill for 24 hours.
