2 ¼ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup soft butter
¾ cup white sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine butter, sugars and vanilla. Beat until creamy, then beat in eggs until well incorporated. Add to flour mixture. Stir together and add chocolate chips.
Scoop into rough balls and place on greased cookie sheet 2 in. apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes but don't over bake. They should be just slightly coloring so they remain soft.
