6 apples, peeled and quartered
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Place apples and water in a two quart microwave safe baking dish. Cover and cook on high for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender. In a food processor combine cooked apples, sugar, and cinnamon. Process until smooth.
