3 lbs chicken breasts, bone-in skin on
⅓ cup flour
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
6 Tbsp vegetable oil
1- 1½ cups chopped onion
½ green pepper, chopped
⅛ tsp cayenne
⅛ cup Hungarian paprika
2 medium tomatoes, seeded, chopped
1½ cups chicken broth
16oz sour cream
8-12 oz egg noodles, cooked & drained

In large bag combine flour, 1 tbsp paprika, ½ tsp salt & pepper. Shake chicken in bag. Reserve remaining flour. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and brown on all sides, about 10 minutes. (don't crowd skillet, may need to brown in two batches) Remove chicken from pan. Add green pepper, onion, cayenne, remaining paprika and salt to pan and saute until softened. Add chicken broth and tomato to pan. Add chicken back to pan and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer, covered, for 1 hour or until chicken is 165º internally. Remove chicken to serving platter. Stir together ½ cup sour cream and remaining flour mixture. Stir into skillet, simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in remaining sour cream and heat. Serve with chicken and noodles.
