4- 6oz lobster tails
½ small onion cut into 4 wedges
½ cup unsalted butter
¼ cup honey
6 large cloves of garlic, crushed
1-2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1 lemon, sliced
2 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until fragrant (1min). Then add wine. Allow to simmer and let reduce slightly (2-3 min) then add honey, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Whisk until honey has melted and mixture is well combine. Set aside. Use sharp shears, cut top of shell down center of the back to the beginning of tail, leaving tail intact. Remove vein if any. Run fingers between meat and shell to loosen. Pull meat out of shell partially but leave tail section still attached. Place an onion wedge beneath meat, between shell. Place lobster tails meat side up on grill. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Reserve ½ of sauce in separate bowl. Brush ½ of sauce on lobster reserving remaining for serving Grill until lobster is opaque. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices and reserved sauce.
