1 round of French Brie with rind (9 oz)
1/2 cup of Diamonte fig jam
1/2 cup of mixed nuts
2 tbsp of orange zest

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Place brie on parchment paper on a cookie sheet
3. Spread the top with the fig jam thickly to the edges
4. Top with nuts and plenty of orange zest
5. Cook for 10-15 minutes, until warm and gooey
6. Turn off oven and let set until 10 minutes before serving.
6. Serve with large round crackers.
