1 oz. Dark Rum (optional)
1 oz. Cream of Coconut
1/2 Banana sliced
2 cups ice

Place all ingredients in the blender and mix.

You can leave out the dark rum if desired or substitute Coconut rum if Coconut cream is not available. Always a favorite on vacation in the Caribbean!
