2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. grated carrots
1½ c. oil
4 eggs

ICING:
1 stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar
1 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:

Mix dry ingredients together.
Add oil, eggs and carrots
Spread into 9x13pan

Bake at 375º for 35 minutes
Frost when cake is cool then refrigerate
