20 oz. Can pineapple tidbits
3 T. Brown sugar
5 T. Teriyaki sauce
1 T vinegar
1T. Catsup
1 lob. Ground beef
2 T. Instant minced onion
2 T. Cornstarch
¼ cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserve liquid. Combine liquid with brown sugar, 3 T. Teriyaki sauce, vinegar and catsup: set aside. Mix ground beef with remaining teriyaki sauce and onion: shape into 20 meatballs. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350º for about 20 to 30 minutes. Put meat balls in medium sauce pan, pour liquid mixture over meatballs; simmer 10 minutes, stirring several times. Dissolve cornstarch in water; stir into pan with pineapple. Cook, stirring constantly until sauce is thickened and pineapple is thoroughly heated. Serve warm in mini crock pot, fondue pot or chafing dish. Makes 20 meatballs.
