3 ripe avocados
⅓ cup sour cream
¼ cup finely diced onion
¼ cup seeded, diced tomatoes
1 small jalapeno, seeded, finely chopped
1 tsp grated lime peel
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
¼ tsp salt

Directions:

Mash avocado, add other ingredients and stir. Cover with plastic wrap by placing plastic directly touching guacamole or cover gently with a quarter inch of water. This keeps it from browning. Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
