3 cans chicken broth
2 Tablespoons Chicken Bouillon
2 Cups hot water
1 scant teaspoons ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 - 1/2 c. Chopped Green onions
1/4 - 1/2 c. Chopped celery
3-4 ribs of bok choy chopped
3 eggs - room temperature -- lightly mixed with a fork
1 Tablespoons cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Chicken bouillon into the hot water and add to pot along with chicken broth. Add the seasonings and bring to a boil. Add vegetables and bring back to a boil. Lightly drizzle egg into boiling broth.

Water Cress is a good substitute/or addition to the vegetables.
