2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
tsp. baking soda
tsp. cinnamon
tsp. nutmeg
tsp. salt
1 c. margarine
c. brown sugar
c. granulate sugar
2 eggs
c. milk
2 c. quick rolled oats
1 c. raisins

Sift together & set aside the 6 ingredients. Cream margarine & gradually add sugars. Beat until fluffy. Add eggs beating well. Stir in milk. Add dry ingredients gradually mixing well. Add oats & raisins.

Make balls. Drop on cookie sheet 2 in. apart. Bake in 350 oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on rack.
