1 and a half sticks butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon osher salt
2 tablespoons cinnamon and sugar mixture

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9 by 9 pan.
2. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy
3. Add eggs and Vanilla and beat until well combined
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and gently beat or stir together until JUST COMBINED
6. Press batter into prepared pan and sprinkle with top with cinnamon and sugar mixture
7. Bake until golden and still slightly soft in the middle, about 25-30 minutes
8. let cook before cutting into slices.
