2 - 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
2 lg eggs, beaten
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 tbsp onions, grated
10 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup bread crumbs (or Ritz crackers, crumbled)
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
- pre-heat oven to 350º
- grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish
- cook broccoli in a pot of water, drain and set aside
- in a large bowl combine broccoli, eggs, mayonnaise, soup, onions and 2 cups of cheese
- add salt and pepper, mix well and pour mixture into the casserole dish
- bake for 30 minutes
- remove casserole from oven and sprinkle with bread crumbs
- top with remaining cheese
- return to oven and bake till crumbs are slightly brown tn cheese is melted, approx 10 minutes
