½ cup lightly salted butter
2 tsp garlic powder, or 2 Tbsp crushed fresh garlic
1 loaf Italian bread or baguette, sliced 1" thick on the bias
½ cup grated parmigiano cheese
4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz shredded provel cheese
pinch minced fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in small saucepan. Add garlic and simmer for 1 minute; set aside. Dip bread slices into garlic butter to coat both sides and place on foil lined baking sheet. Top with three cheeses. Bake in 450º oven until cheese melts and bread is hot. Top with minced fresh parsley.
