1 head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
3 celery stalks, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1-8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
6 radishes, sliced
1-16 oz. bag frozen baby peas
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup(4oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup(2 oz.) Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tomato, diced
6 slices bacon, fried crispy and crumbled

Directions:
In deep serving bowl, layer all ingredients as listed. Refrigerate overnight, covered.
Makes about 12-16 servings
