2 C. pecans
1 C. sugar
½ C. water

Directions:
Cook together until the syrup forms between a soft and hard ball. Add 1 tsp. vanilla, dash of cinnamon. Pour over nuts and stir 1 or 2 minutes. Pour out on wax paper and let harden
