2-40 oz cans sweet potatoes, drained
8 eggs, lightly beaten
½ cup sugar
¼ cup flour
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
⅓ cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
¼ cup cold butter, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
Mash the sweet potatoes and add the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 x 13" pan.
Combine brown sugar, flour and pecans. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes.
Bake uncovered for 60-70 minutes.
