Ingredients:  
2 cups chickpeas, drained (juice reserved) and rinsed
1 cup roasted red pepper, sliced and seeded
2 tbsp while sesame seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1¼ tsp cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
2 drops sesame oil or to taste (optional)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and blend in food processor until smooth. Stream reserved liquid into the mixture as it blends until desired consistency is achieved.
