1 whole chicken
2 lb pork roast
2 onions, diced
4- stalks celery, diced
1 package butter beans
2-3 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes
4 cans diced potatoes
Worcestershire sauce
Barbecue Sauce
Hot Sauce
Broth from chicken
Black pepper
Poultry seasoning
Brown sugar
Minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and pork until chicken can be deboned and pork can be shredded. Reserve broth. Debone chicken and shred pork. Add meat, vegetables, and tomatoes back to pot. Add worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, poultry seasoning, pepper, and garlic all to taste. Add broth back in until desired consistency is reached. Bring to a low boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for at least 1 hour.
