1 whole chicken, cooked, deboned, and diced
1 quart homemade sweet pickle, diced with juice reserved
5 stalks celery, diced
5-6 hardboiled eggs, diced
½-1 tbsp. dried dill
About 1 cup Dukes or Hellmans Mayonaisse

Directions:
Boil chicken until it starts to fall off the bone. Remove from pot and allow to cool, then debone and dice chicken. Add about 2 tbsp pickle juice, pickles, celery, eggs, and dill, stirring to combine. Add mayonaisse until the desired consistency is reached (yo will want it a little drier than desired consistency, and it will thin out as it sets). Refrigerate until chilled.
