1 pound shrimp, peeled and tails removed
⅓ cup cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp honey
1/3 cup lime juice
1 tsp chili powder
3 cups cole slaw mix
1 tsp cumin
1 package small flour tortilla shells

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cilantro, honey, lime juice, chili powder, and cumin. In separate bowls, divide mixture between shrimp and cole slaw mix, stirring each separately to coat. Allow both to marinate in the fridge for at least 45 minutes.

Cook shrimp along with marinade over medium high heat until shrimp turn pink and are done.

Assemble tacos with shrimp and slaw mix. Serve with fresh guacamole.
