1 teaspoon vegetable oil
¼ pound shoulder roast
1 cup barbecue sauce
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup chicken broth
1 clove garlic
½ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ cup light brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 large onion

Directions:
Directions:
Pour oil in bottom of slow cooker.
Place the pork roast into cooker.
Pour barbecue sauce apple cider vinegar and chicken stock.
Stir in the brown sugar, yellow mustard, which is soft, chili powder, onion, garlic, and thyme.
Cover and cook on high until roast shreds, 5-6 hours.
Remove roast and shred or meat into juice.
