4 center cup pork chops
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion
1 tsp salt
½ tsp seasoning salt
1 cup flour
¼ cup oil
½ cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Fry pork chops, in deep heavy skillet, browning quickly.
Remove from pan set aside.
Mix flour and water in small bowl; add to skillet with oil and meat drippings; Scraping bottom of skillet well, cook 5-min.
Return pork chops to skillet; cover with onions.
Cover skillet and cook on medium heat 30-40 minutes.
Serve succulent gravy with rice or mashed potatoes and favorite vegetable.
