1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1 large egg
½ cup ketchup (plus additional for topping)
2 tsp spicy brown mustard
1 medium sweet onion, finely chopped
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Add all ingredients (except for ketchup for topping) to a large bowl and work with hands.
Pack into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch ungreased pan and bake for an hour.
Spread additional 1/2 cup of ketchup on top about 15 minutes before the meatloaf is done.
