Ingredients:  
1 can chopped tomatoes (hot style)
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup green or red pepper, chopped.
1 10 oz can sliced ripe olives
1 pkg. dry Italian seasoning
1 bottle Italian dressing
1 lb. chicken breast, cut in small strips
1 box spaghetti
Mushrooms, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken in small strips, sprinkle, sprinkle with ¼ of package of dry Italian seasoning dressing. Let marinate 30 min. or more.
In large skillet, combine onions, peppers, olives and cook on low heat until transparent. (4-5 min.)
Add tomatoes, continue cooking for additional 5-10 min.
Add remaining dry Italian dressing, cook 5 min. add chicken cook slowly for 5 or 10 min.
Cook spaghetti until tender.
Combine spaghetti, chicken and vegetables in large pot.
Add bottled dressing to mixture until the right consistency or to taste.
