Serves 12 -15

1 large hen or 12 chicken breast. ( I use mixed chicken parts)
½ lb. cooked spaghetti
1 small jar green olives chopped
½ lb. sharp grated cheese
1 bag of seasoned croutons 1 pint of chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup or you can use cream of chicken or creamed of celery soup)
6 stalks chopped celery
1 small jar of mushroom pieces (optional)
3 large onions chopped 3 Tbs. butter
1 Tbs. worchestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until tender, cool and pull apart from the bones. Save one pint of chicken stock.
Cook celery, onion with the 3Tbs. of butter until tender. Add chicken stock and seasons-simmer 15 minutes. Add the soup and grated cheese. Boil spaghetti let stand 1 hour, add cooked chicken and olives. Place in large casserole dish, sprinkle croutons over the top. Bake one hour at 350 uncovered.

Serve warm along with a salad and garlic bread.
