leftover roast
chopped onion


Dough:
2 c. Bisquick©
1 c. flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
½ c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop roast into small chunks and saute with onion.
2. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
3. Cook until onion is tender.
4. Set aside and cool while making the dough.
5. Mix Bisquick© and flour.
6. Add egg and milk and stir until soft dough forms.
7. Turn dough onto floured surface and knead about 10 times.
8. Roll out as you would pie crust or roll dough in a rectangle.
9. Cut into squares (4-5 inch).
10. Put a generous scoop of the cooled meat mixture in the center of the dough square.
11. Bring the corners to the center and firmly pinch the seams shut.
12. Bake seam side down on greased pan at 350º for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown .

(The number this will make depends on how much leftover meat you have and how large you choose to make the pockets,)
