2 pie crusts or 2 pie plates lined with slices of muenster cheese
1 Tbsp butter
1 medium onion
1 16 oz bag frozen chopped spinach
16 oz mozarella, grated
2 cups parmesan, grated
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 cup milk or half & half
Green olives, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 - 425F

Dice onion and saute in butter.
Add spinach, cover and steam until soft, stirring often.
In large bowl, mix eggs, cheeses, milk, & salt.
Add spinach & onion to mixture.
Pour into pie shells.
Garnish with olives.
Bake 40 minutes or until brown.
