3-5 pounds Deer Meat
2 tbsp Beef Fat (grease drained from cooked beef)
2 tbsp hot sauce
14 tbsp Ketchup
4 tbsp lemon juice
6 tbsp brown sugar
1 stick butter, melted
8 tbsp cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Place deer meat and beef fat in crock pot. Cook on low until meat can be fork shredded, about 8 hours. Fork shred meat. In a mixing bowl, mix together all other ingredients. Pour sauce over barbecue, mixing to combine. Heat until sauce is warm.
