3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut up to bite size
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup chicken broth
10 corn tortillas
½ lb cheddar cheese, grated
1½ tsp chili powder
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1-10 oz can Rotelle tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9 x 13" baking pan.
Combine chicken, onion and green pepper.
Heat broth until steaming hot (about 5 minutes).
Dip the tortillas in the hot chicken broth to soften: alternately layer chicken mixture and tortillas in pan beginning with chicken and ending with tortillas.
Top in order with cheddar cheese, chili powder, cream of chicken soup (mixed with any remaining chicken broth), cream of mushroom soup and tomatoes.
Bake for 30-45 minutes or until creamy cheese mixture is bubbly.
