4 boneless chicken breasts, halved
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 stick butter
¼ cup water
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º, Lightly grease a 9 x 13" casserole.
Place chicken in casserole and cover with cheese.
Mix soup with ¼ cup water and spoon evenly over the chicken.
Sprinkle stuffing mix over the top; pour melted butter over top.
Bake at 325º for 45-55 minutes in glass casserole or at 350º in a metal pan.
Can microwave on HIGH for 25 minutes.
