2 pounds Italian sausage
1 medium onion, diced
4-5 stalks celery, diced
2 cans condensed tomato soup
3 cans diced potatoes, drained
8-10 cups chicken broth
2 tsp dried basil
2 tsp black pepper
1 ½ cups orzo pasta
Shredded Italian cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot over medium heat, brown sausage. Add Onion and celery, and cook until tender. Add tomato soup, broth, potatoes, basil, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for one hour. Add orzo during the last 20 minutes. Serve warm topped with Italian cheese.
