2 pounds of pecan halves
⅓ cup sugar
¼ cup unsalted butter
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon ground mace
1½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup fresh orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250ºF. Line shallow baking pan with foil.

In pan over low heat mix all ingredients except pecans. Once it is all mixed, toss pecans in mixture with wooden spoon making sure they are all coated. Spread them in baking pan.

Bake 1½ hours. During baking, stir occasionally.
