Ingredients:  
1 can Fruit Cocktail, drained
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle 1 c. chopped pecans and 1/2 c. brown sugar over batter.

Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes. Let sit for 15 minutes and then pour warm sauce over cake.

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 sticks butter

Mix above ingredients - Heat to boil and then turn off heat. Pour over warm cake.
