4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
salt & pepper to taste
4 Tbls olive oil
1 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and pat chicken breasts dry. Mix together all seasonings. Add 1-2 Tbls. olive oil and mix until a paste is formed. Rub the paste all over the chicken. Heat the remaining olive oil in the instant pot using the saute setting. Once oil is hot, add breasts, a couple at a time, and brown on both sides. Set chicken aside. Add chicken broth to Instant pot and scrape any bits stuck to the bottom. Place trivet in bottom or pot, arrange chicken in single layer. Seal lid and pressure cook for 5 minutes, then let pressure release naturally for 8 minutes. You can then manually release pressure. Allow chicken to rest 5 minutes before serving.
