9 cups Check cereals (Rice, Corn, Chocolate)
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1½ cup powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix Chex cereals. In a bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter, uncovered, for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal, stir to evenly coat. Pour into large ziplock bag. Add powdered sugar and shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
