1 box instant chocolate pudding
2 Tbls. cocoa powder
2½ cups heavy cream
Whipped topping (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cocoa powder and instant pudding in a bowl. Add Whipping cream and mix with electric mixer on medium for 1 minute. Pour into serving dishes immediately and refrigerate. Garnish mousse with whipped topping, fresh berries, or mint leaves.
