1/2 c fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp minced onion
1/2 tsp Accent
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 c milk
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 lb round beef
1 egg slightly beaten
2 tbsp peanut oil
1 cube of beef bouillon dissolved in 1 c of water
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 carrots pared and cut in thin strips 2 inches long
1 green pepper cut in 1 inch pieces
1 (12 oz) jar of sweet and sour sauce
pepper to taste

Combine crumbs, onion, accent, garlic, milk, 1 tbsp soy sauce and pepper. Add beef and egg. Mix well. Shape into 20 small balls. Brown meat balls in hot oil. Drain off excess fat. Add bouillon mix and 3 tbsp soy sauce and pour over meat balls. Cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 min. Meanwhile cook carrots 5 to 8 min and drain. Add carrots and green peppers to meat balls. Stir in sweet and sour sauce and heat. Serve with steamed long grain rice.
