1 lb. chicken breasts, boneless and skinless (4 breasts)
¾ c. shredded Jarlsberg Light Swiss Cheese
6 T. can skim milk
4 T. Dijon mustard
¾ c. breadcrumbs
4 T. parmesan cheese
2 tsp. tarragon

Directions:
Directions:
Pound Chicken and put equal amount of swiss cheese on each breast. Mix milk and mustard in a shallow dish. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan, tarragon and pepper in separate shallow dish. Roll up chicken Breast and cheese (start smaller end). Dip each into milk mixture then dip into crumb mixture, coat completely. Place rolled side down in sprayed baking dish. Bake 375º covered 30 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes.
