6 Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
12 Ham slices (deli ham)
6 Pineapple slices, reserve juice
6 slices Swiss Cheese
½ c. Pineapple Juice, reserved juice from canned pineapple
4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, melted
2 tbsp. Barbecue Seasoning, dry rub
1 tbsp. Yellow Mustard
1 tbsp. Honey
1 tbsp. Light Karo Syrup
2 tsp Worcestershire
½ tsp Chili Powder

Directions:
Put a piece of chicken in a zip lock back and pound thick part until entire piece of chicken is uniform in thickness.
Repeat with remaining chicken.
Season both sides of each piece of chicken with dry rub.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Combine butter, pineapple juice, mustard, honey, karo, Worcestershire and chili powder and whisk until smooth. Set aside.
Grill each side of chicken and pineapple slices over direct heat until they are seared and have nice grill marks. About 2 minutes each side.
Brush chicken and pineapple with sauce. Place over indirect heat.
Put 2 slices of ham on each piece of chicken, Drizzle with sauce.
Put a slice of cheese on top of ham, then a pineapple ring and drizzle again with sauce.
Continue cooking with the grill lid down until the internal temperature reaches 160º, about 10 minutes.
