1 (1 oz) pkg Chocolate Morsels
Parchment Paper
1 c Pecan Halves, toasted
28 Caramels
2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave chocolate morsels until melted.
Cool 19 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto parchment paper-lined baking sheet, shaping into 16 circles.
Reserve remaining chocolate.
Arrange 4 pecan halves over each circle; chill 15 minutes.
Microwave caramels and whipping cream until melted, stirring occasionally.
Spoon caramel mixture evenly over pecans.
Microwave remaining chocolate and quickly spread over caramel mixture.
Refrigerate 30 minutes.
