4 cups chopped apples
2 eggs unbeaten
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup oil
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt

1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbls. margarine

Directions:

1. Put apples in bowl. Break eggs over and stir. Add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, oil and nuts. Sift flour with salt and soda. Mix all ingredients together and mix well. Bake in greased 9x13 pan. at 350 degrees.

Frosting
1 egg 1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbls. margarine
Mix and boil above ingredients until thick. Cool completely. Fold in 8 oz.Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
