4 1/4 C. warm water
2 Tbsp. Yeast
1/2 C. sugar

1 C. (2 sticks) butter - softened
4-5 C. flour

Mix
Knead
Rise 30 minutes
punch down
Rise 30 minutes
Roll, cut,
Rise 30 minutes

Back at 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes

Butter top of bread sticks and then sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
